Refund policy

Returns

We have a 30 day return window that begins on the day you receive your order.

Because our products are perishable, most returns are handled on a case by case basis. Please read the details below before starting a return.

What is eligible for a return

For most orders, we only accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases.

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your order arrived damaged

  • There is a clear quality or defect issue with the product

In those cases we will either replace the item or issue a refund, at our discretion.

If we approve a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation, packing slip, or receipt.

We do not generally accept returns for taste preference or if you simply change your mind after trying the coffee.

Items that cannot be returned

The following items are not returnable, except where required by law.

  • Opened or partially used coffee or other perishable items

  • Items marked final sale or clearance

  • Gift cards

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if:

  • Your order is damaged

  • Your order is missing items

  • You receive the wrong product

We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right, which may include a replacement shipment, a refund, or store credit.

How to start a return

To start a return, email us at info@drinkmadecoffee.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos are very helpful for damaged or defective products.

If your return is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label [update based on whether you or the customer pays for return shipping], and

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package.

Exchanges

If you would like a different product, the fastest way is to contact us about the issue. In many cases we will ask you to place a new order once any refund or replacement is processed.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved.

If approved, we will refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may need additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still do not see it, please contact us at info@drinkmadecoffee.com.
